Belmont Trailers LLC, 40 Hess Road, Leola, Pa. 17540, warrants the goods described below (hereafter the “PRODUCT”) to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five years from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser. This warranty shall be void if repairs or alterations are made to the Product by a person other than an employee of Belmont Trailers LLC, or of its authorized dealer without prior permission. This warranty shall also be void in the event the Product is misused or neglected which terms shall include, but not be limited to, failure to provide reasonable maintenance or if the Product is altered, damaged or improperly loaded.
This warranty shall apply only to components and parts of the Product manufactured and assembled by Belmont Trailers LLC. This warranty specifically excludes parts not originally manufactured by Belmont Trailers (such as axles, tires, wheels, lumber, paint, lighting, hinges, winches and attaching parts), which may be covered by their own warranty. Belmont Trailers, makes no warranty with respect to such parts. Note: Replacement of Defective Parts must be approved by Belmont Trailers LLC and noted as such when ordered.
Belmont Trailers LLC, responsibility under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at our discretion, items covered by the warranty. The Trailer must be delivered to its manufacturing place of business or to a repair facility of an authorized agent of Belmont Trailers LLC. If repairs are made at an Authorized Belmont Dealership a maximum labor rate of $70.00/hr will be reimbursed. All costs of transportation to deliver the Product to such site shall be borne by the original purchaser. The original purchaser shall deliver the Product for warranty service as above described within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect. In no event, will this warranty extend to defects of which Belmont Trailers LLC is given notice more than five years after the original retail purchase date.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, guarantees, or agreements, whether expressed or implied, and no person, agent, dealer, or company is authorized to change, modify, or extend its terms in any manner whatsoever.
